Please note: We do not accept any cancellation, exchange, or return of products once an order has been placed. If your package has a broken seal or an inflated pouch, please contact us immediately upon delivery and do not accept the package until you get through to our customer care department.

If you have accepted the package, we regret that we will not be able to replace the product or refund the amount.
