Our Pad Thai sauce has an aromatic fragrance and strikes a perfect balance between all the notes from sweet, sour, salty to umami. A smooth blend of flavors, it has complexity and depth. An absolute treat for taste buds!

Pad Thai Noodles Recipe:

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1.100g Rice Noodle Sticks

2. 20g each: Carrots, Mushrooms,Spring Onions & Beansprouts

3. 1-2 Fresh Red Chili

4. Neutral Cooking Oil

5. 1-2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

6. 1-2 Tbsp Veg Oyster Mushroom Sauce (optional)

7. 1 Tsp Fresh Lime Juice

8. 2 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts

9. 1-2 Tsp Chili Flakes 

Method:

1. In a wok add fresh red chili, vegetables and protein of choice and continue cooking. Add the ½ packet of Pad Thai Sauce evenly over the vegetables. Toss in al dente flat rice noodles and combine well. Gradually add more Pad Thai Sauce to requirement & taste.

2. Season with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster or mushroom sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, and 1-2 tsp chili flakes. (Adjust to taste)

3. Garnish with fresh spring onions, beansprouts and lots of roasted crushed peanuts.

  • Ingredients : Jaggery, Tamarind (12%), Vinegar, Kashmiri Red Chili, Spices, Vegetable Oil, Refined sunflower Oil
  • Net Quantity : 1 N
  • Expiration Date : Store in a cool and dry place. Abstain from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep under refrigeration and consume within 3 days. Do not consume if packet is puffed or seal is broken.
